Short version. $LAZYPOS is a meme coin. Prices can drop a lot, even with our anti-rug protections. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a promise of profit, or an offer to sell you anything. Only use money you can afford to lose, and do your own research.

1. Not financial advice

The information on lazypos.xyz is for general information and fun. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We do not know your situation. Speak to a qualified professional before you make financial decisions.

2. Risks

Volatility. Meme coin prices can move sharply in minutes. You can lose everything you put in.
Low liquidity. The market for $LAZYPOS is small. It may be hard to buy or sell, and a single trade can move the price a lot.
Locked tokens will be released. A large share of the supply is held in Jupiter Lock locks that release on a schedule (see the unlock calendar). Locked is not burned. Released tokens can be moved or sold by the wallet that receives them, which may affect the price. The calendar is a snapshot, and the lock pages on Jupiter Lock are the source of truth.
Unaudited meme coin. $LAZYPOS has no intrinsic value, no cash flows, and no guarantee of future use or price. The token and this site have not been audited.
Technology risk. Wallets, blockchains, swap tools, and smart contracts (including Solana, Jupiter, PumpSwap, and Jupiter Lock) can have bugs, outages, or be attacked. Transactions on a blockchain usually cannot be undone.
Scams. Copycat tokens, fake websites, and fake support accounts exist. Never share your seed phrase or private key. Only the mint address shown on this site is $LAZYPOS.

3. Charity

This project mentions charities such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, and Toys for Tots. These organizations have not endorsed, sponsored, or approved $LAZYPOS, and they are not affiliated with it. Buying $LAZYPOS is not a donation to any charity, and it is not tax-deductible. Any giving described on this site comes from the project's own creator rewards or NFT proceeds as described there. It is not something you do by buying the coin.

4. About the on-chain facts on this site

Supply, burn, liquidity, and lock figures are read from public blockchain data on the date shown. They change over time, and this site does not update itself. If this site and the blockchain disagree, the blockchain is right. The recipient wallets of the locks are described on the unlock calendar, including which statements come from the project owner and cannot be proven by the chain alone.

5. Using this site

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on crypto assets where you live. Do not use this site or buy $LAZYPOS if that is not allowed where you are.
The site links to third-party services (for example Jupiter, DexScreener, Solscan, Pump.fun, LaunchMyNFT, SolSuite, and social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or security.
The site is provided as is, with no promise that it is correct, complete, or always available. To the extent the law allows, the project and its owner are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or buying, selling, or holding $LAZYPOS.
Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to say what they are.
We may change these terms and the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest update.

6. Privacy & analytics

We want to know roughly how many people visit and which pages work, without tracking anyone. This site is planned to use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool.

It is cookie-free. Cloudflare states that its analytics script does not use cookies, localStorage, or similar browser storage, and does not track people over time by IP address or fingerprinting.
We only see aggregate numbers, such as page views, countries, and page load times.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising on this site.
This site has no sign-up or account. The only form is the optional meme upload box (see section 7). If you message us on a social network, that network's privacy policy applies.
When the meme upload box is open, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that loads from Cloudflare's servers and follows Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Some embedded tools load directly from their own servers and follow their own privacy policies: the Jupiter swap widget, the DexScreener chart, and links to other sites. Your wallet only connects when you choose to connect it in a wallet or swap tool.

7. Community memes

When the upload box is open, you can send us a meme to show in the Memes section. These are the rules:

Only send a meme you made, or one you have the right to share. No hate, NSFW content, scams, or anything that breaks the law.
Images only (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF), up to 5 MB each.
Every meme is checked by a person. Nothing is public until it is approved, and we may say no, or remove a meme later, for any reason.
If you send a meme, you agree that it can be shown on this site and on the project's social accounts if it is approved. You keep the rights to your work.
Memes waiting for review are stored privately. Rejected memes are deleted. The optional name and caption you type are shown next to an approved meme, so do not put personal details in them.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or other private information.
